Portfolio Changes

No changes to the Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 portfolios this week.

New Content

Tracking Spreadsheet

Added pages to the site for the tracking spreadsheet to track where all your investments are and track your returns.

Portfolio Dashboard

A portfolio dashboard was posted for tracking your monthly, quarterly, and yearly returns. This will also have the actual performance of the model portfolios. You can play with the green fields to get a feel for what your returns could be if you followed the advice based on a particular allocation to each tier.

Portfolio Allocation

I posted a Page on Portfolio Allocation and what kind of money I would put into each category. You may end up with a different allocation based on this advice. All of our models are based on 30/60/10 allocation.
