SEC suing Coinbase and Binance. I am more concerned with the Coinbase suit as it alleges and self custodial wallet that allows access to what the SEC deems securities to require registration. My theory on this is that they won’t necessarily win on all of these charges against Coinbase. Gary is looking to be treasury secretary and this is the way to show he can toe the party line and protect the US dollar.
